Dr. Scott Richter is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated cum laude in 1977 and has over 40 years of experience working with small animals. Dr. Richter has lived at Lake Oconee with his wife Kim since 2005. They have two adult children, Taylor & Connor. He has always felt "blessed" to have become a veterinarian, because of his love for animals, but it is apparent that he also loves their owners! He gushes that "people who own pets are some of the nicest people in the world."
